The DSC, the Office of Campus Involvement, the Chancellor’s Office, the Department of English, and the Department of Fine Arts will host award winning cartoonist, author, and theorist Scott McCloud on April 7, 2015 at 6:30 in Penn 401. Author of Understanding Comics, Reinventing Comics, Making Comics and the new graphic novel, The Sculptor, McCloud give a presentation about the language of visual communication.

Parking and Directions
Free and secure parking will be available in Camden Technology Center Parking Garage located at 601 Cooper Street. Guests should take a ticket as they enter garage and bring it with them for the day. Before they leave for the day, guests should present the ticket to the customer service staff at the lobby desk. Guests should identify themselves as guests of Rutgers and the tickets will be stamped/validated.
Directions to campus
Visit the Rutgers-Camden website for directions to campus. Upon arriving at Cooper Street, turn north on Sixth Street and then east on Penn Street. The garage entrance is just ahead on the right. Upon parking, exit the garage and head west (toward the river) on Cooper Street. Walk one block to Fifth Street, bear right and walk straight until you get to the intersection of Penn and Fifth Streets (you will cross under the School of Law). Walk toward the covered breezeway with a large sculpture in the center, and the entrance to Classroom 401 Penn of the Robeson Library will be on your right.
